Miller Farms is a fourth-generation, community driven business that sold Thanksgiving turkeys through a retail model for 70 years. Because of COVID-19, that in-person experience was not possible in 2020.
We shepherded Miller Farms' business model pivot into an e-commerce experience that also included a “Buy One, Give One” giving model, launching the Thankful Turkey. With each turkey purchased, one was donated to Foodshare, Connecticut’s largest food bank.
The business sold out of their holiday turkeys and more than 50,000+ lives were impacted in 2020, and again in 2021.
